Our CoLAB

Our interdisciplinary research group investigates the interactions of people with disability and the environments they experience. We bring together professional practice and academic research that includes occupational therapy and architectural expertise with a focus on the design and experience of participation in home and community life.

We work with a wide range of collaborators to deliver practical research, and to develop innovative and effective communication approaches supporting individual and professional learning. Our work provides evidence to inform government policy, design and allied health practice, stakeholder investment, and decision-making by people with disability and their supporters.
